This lovingly reimagined farmhouse is where the Samara Story began in 1997. Combining traditional Karoo style and modern South African design with personal touches evoking Samara’s journey as a family-run conservation project, Karoo Lodge offers an elevated home away from home experience for guests of all ages. Extensive renovations during 2023 have expanded and upgraded facilities with a focus on sustainability.
